Characters In Flight is a Downtown Disney attraction where you can be whisked high and into the sky for an 8-10 minute hot air balloon ride!  This Walt Disney World Extra runs from 9a.m.-Midnight everyday weather permitting and is an addition cost.  The price is $18 per person for people ages 10 and up and $12 per person for guests under the age of ten.  Children under the age of 2 are free!  But please remember prices may change at anytime. 

Maybe you are visiting WDW without children, or maybe you left the kids with the grandparents for the evening- you might want to consider ending your date night with a romantic hot air balloon ride with the one you love!  I cannot imagine a more perfect ending to a fabulous day at WDW! 

But if you are looking to avoid the wait times, that can get pretty long, try going in the morning.  Then you can head on over to the Market Place and grab a bite to eat at Earl of Sandwich and do a little shopping.  Either way the views are incredible and you can see every park from the sky.  I think the Characters in Flight attraction is a must do – at least once!
